I have an idea for something that would be nice! On Duos and Squad games, how about we give a 15-30 minutes penalty for the people who leave? So they can't play in team games as a punishment for them leaving? That would make Duos and Squads essentially more desirable, since this is a big issue and makes the whole match unfair when people leave.
