TBH these graphics look better than ds3
Such an underrated game at release. I think my favourite of the series (idk though I loved them all pretty much equally). I mean Ruin Sentinels and looking glass knight were my favourite fights to date – Ornstein & Executioner Smough I actually hate – just too hard I never did beat them (not properly). Never beat Belfry Gargoyles either (in either game) – and have never actually beaten the final boss in any of these games lol (maybe I just don't wanna complete the game). Or maybe I suck at parry and reposte. Haven't played Dark Souls 3 yet of Bloodborne. Also loved The Lost Sinner and Covetous Demon sucked ass lol.
You know, the more times I watch this, the more it sinks in that despite some snappy editing, great music and awesome graphics (far better than the game itself) this is actually a pretty mundane trailer- the most-interesting enemy we see in it (apart from a tiny glimpse of the dragon skeleton in Aldia's Keep coming alive) is the Looking Glass Knight. Compare with the DS1 trailers where we'd see the Chosen Undead fighting giant demons, dragons, the hydra, the Bell Gargoyles, Quelaag, the Iron Golem, Seath… this makes the entire game look like "dude in armour fighting dudes in armour" and while lack of enemy variety was a common criticism of DS2 it's not UNIVERSAL.

Oh wow people didnt come back to dislike bomb this trailer during that whole "dark souls 2 is the worst thing ever phase". Dark souls 2 is a fine game I just personally find it to be a letdown compared to the first. Though I have always been interested in the games original incarnation. Centered around time travel and the like
