第286回は、2023年にデビュー20周年を迎えるミクスチャーロックバンド・FLOWが初登場。
披露するのは、TVアニメ『NARUTO -ナルト-』OPテーマであり、アニメ作品と出会うきっかけにもなった代表曲「GO!!!」。
「自分たちにとっても特別な一曲」と語り、国内外のアニメファンからも長年愛され続けてきた本楽曲を、LIVEさながらのオリジナルアレンジと共に一発撮りパフォーマンス。

    Legitimately the first Anime song I learned from top to bottom because it was so GOOD. These guys made me learn Japanese because this song was so damn catchy. After 20 years I still know GO in its entirety and I sung it LOUD!
