  1. I was lucky enough to see him play at Memorial Stadium several times, he was my first favorite player. Mark Belanger was also a defensive beast on that team.

  3. It looks like during the catch, transfer, and throw, the video goes from slow motion to regular speed then back to slow motion.

  4. The great thing about that play? It was in the 1970 World Series. Robinson made quite a few fielding gems in that series, that one was his best of all. He was also MVP in the 1970 World Series.

  7. Yes, I recall those comments on arm strength, but I think you gotta have it to do that throw while falling backwards . The ball always got to first just in time . I don’t ever remember him getting beat by a runner.
