I am a Royals fan since 1973. Currently, the only team playing worse than the Royals in MLB is the Mets. If there is a way to lose or give a game away the Royals right now will turn over that stone. Nothing the manager is doing is working. Lugo pitches a one hitter thru 7 innings but the Royals still lose after failing to score with bases loaded twice with less than 2 outs. I feel like that if a Royals starter pitches a perfect game, the Royals will still lose. No confidence at the moment. Surely this will not last all season but the hole that is being dug is starting to be too deep. You can’t win the division in April but you sure can lose it just like the Braves did last year.

Orioles need to go 20 & 5 over the next 25 games to get some positioning early. We always start the season under 500 or in the area of 500 and have success at the end of the season. This would keep us in contention throughout the season.

Make a trade for a reliever and a starter at the trade deadline this season and maybe a trade for a speedster outfielder that steals bases. Potentially grab another bat like Stanton or something comparable.
