I like this part of Beastars when we take a break from the main cast and see other characters in a slice of life stories. A bit of fresh air from the drama.
Peach reaching out to grab Sheila's jacket, either because she wants to make a physical apology or is socially anxious and wants to feel the touch of a friend, is one of my favorite scenes in the entire lore.
I love this part of the show 🙂 its so meaningful to see that despite all the drama, predators and prey animals really can get along and be great friends
Isn’t it funny. Right after their school announced segregation between carnivores and herbivores, both start to get along much better than they did before. I hope this comes to fruition in Season 3 and the two band together to stop the motion to segregate them.
I always loved the level of development that Sheila gets in this scene! All she wanted was for her friendship with Peach to be genuine because Peach's constantly asking Sheila to be in selfies with her only made her feel like all they are is just selfie buddies.
But luckily as this scene proves Sheila and Peach's friendship has officially gone beyond that of just being selfie buddies.

I love how we see Sheila having a sort of social anxiety, despite appearing so confident and feminine and proud. Not only a carnivore, but a big feline species. Idk if that makes any sense but to me it just seems very endearing
I cant believe Sheila just sees Peach and gets a smidgen forceful of making a friend from her and it works out well she seem like she has tons of friends what makes Peach so special
If I'm being honest I think Peach has a point Sheila is pretty😊 and she does look cute ❤ when she hangs around Peach. I also think having Cristina Vee voice acting as Sheila for the English dub was a good👍choice it really suits her and I see Sheila was really trying to be nice to Peach and it looks like they both became really good friends😊

I liked the show more for the slice of life stuff than the usual angsty teen/twenty something internal monologuing about how much their lives suck.
