  1. Business idea: Opening a hot spring in Japan that allows Tattoos. Best believe you would have a lot of connections, respects and protection from a certain group of ppl after opening for just a few years.

  2. One thing i don't quite understand is why bother make a strict rules and having no tattoo when all they could do is wait when graduate and go to university then just dye hair or did a tattoo

  3. I mean did he get them a long time ago or not? did he think he's never gonna' have swimming classes at school lol

  4. "… incredibly bold, or incredibly stupid" I get that a lot 😀

  5. Eh, I liked it better when they were blue. It was subtle, cool, but still bold without looking like something you'd see on a surfer dude in a Hollywood movie.

  6. I love how his character is presented in the show. On the surface he looks like your typical nerd/nobody but in reality he’s probably the coolest guy in the whole school.

  7. You know damn well when she took ONE look at those tats she was like “oh…FFFFFUCK yeah😍😍😍” 😂😂😂

  8. These tattoos kinda whack. Nice composition, but this is some 2006 tribal stuff bruh

  9. For context, if you have a tattoo any type of tattoos. It's in fact illegal to have one especially in schools. It's not really a law that you are not allow to have a tattoos if your a foreigner but It's been a accustomed that anyone that have a tattoos is someway connected to the yakuza or crime related gangs. So anyone foreigner that wanted to bath on a public space will always get denied. Or something like that

  10. For anyone that doesn't know, tattoos are VERY taboo in Japan. Something like being a homosexual in a conservative area of the world.

  11. this show is just too good. ive watched it 6 times already and i always have the same reraction to everything

  12. Those are really nice though. Why did he get them if he’s gonna be embarrassed about them in the first place?

  13. If you’re gonna watch Horimiya I highly recommend watching dubbed over subbed, it’s one of the few anime I prefer dubbed

  14. This is really two layers of genius: typical high schooler worried teachers and students are going to gossip or tell his parents. But in Japan there’s also a big stigma about visible tattoos( don’t remember the original reason, but I think now it’s something to do with the yakuza? I’m not an expert I just know tattoos are a stigma in Japan for some reason.)
