This is a good one but don't be fooled by the art style and theme of the trailer. This is not about patisserie but territory development. You'll not see any form of baking, cooking, or even dessert at all. Mc is not op, and as far as I read in the manga, absolutely no harem. He only has one fiancee.
Summary :
A patissier is reincarnated into another world as the son of a frontier lord. He soon finds out that many of the baking tools he used in patisserie don't exist and the food ingredient he commonly used is not developed enough or simply unavailable where he lives. In short, he can't continue his dream of becoming a patissier here, so he decided to develop his father's territory. Developing agriculture around food ingredients commonly used in patisseries that are available in his father's territory, promoting trade around the food ingredient unavailable in his father's territory, and inventing baking tools used in patisseries which greatly help his father's territory. His father is a knight that has a reputation for being a hero that greatly helped the country. So he's been granted with a noble status and an underdeveloped frontier land.
