Man was hoping he wouldn’t scream Trigger when transforming for the first episode atleast. Fun fact Tiga was only screamed twice by the actor host for Tiga in the original. First scream was in the series it self and the last was the ultra brothers movie.
Ultraman Trigger is so great Tiga is my all time favorite Ultraman he's the best to me hope to see Daigo. Looking forward to seeing Kengo grow as the new Ultraman.
What was that mud fight? I hope they continue the anime on Netflix. I prefer the armor personally and the look of Kamen Riders. But I can appreciate the classic look for what it is.
One of the best parts here for Episode 1 has to also go to playing "Trigger" as Kengo as Ultraman Trigger gets the Circle Arms into his hand and turns the tide against Golba and Carmeara, since this is one of two episodes in the series that hasn't had Trigger played in the opening of the episode, with the other being episode 25
Even the fighting styles are also tiga tiga fight kaiju in barbaric kind of manner with running and jumping grab at the opponent and then hit them with powerful hit
WTF, again with that transformation and special moves "voice over announcement" bullshit. Not to mention the cheap ass toy looking transformation device and dumb looking weapon. Pretty sure with that usb looking device, trigger will soon "borrow" powers from his predecessors like what seems like every goddamn long running series has been doing nowadays. I know fans would just say that the story is good so dive it a chance like they always say with every series they like but regardless if it has the best story out there, what looks dumb still looks dumb.
