Also, yeast is actually pretty easy to make. You can make yeast from flour and warm water, adding like sugar or honey can like speed up the process. Flour and warm water in a jar or bowl, mix, cover, keep in someplace warm, wait about 24 hours, and boom you have a yeast starter.
I see wheat but no yeast. Only type of bread I know how to make without yeast is Naan, pita, tortilla, etc…any flatbread 🫓 .
Edit: I forgot Senku wants biscuits so yeast isn't needed, but I see no type of fat added like lard or butter and no baking soda. I'm only saying this because they said they basically don't want hard bread which is actually called hard tack. I've tried eating it before, it's like a super hard cracker.
