Ryouma Takebayashi visits the town Keleban on a commission to deliver items. He meets Dinome, a magic item maker and friend of Serge on the magic item markt in Keleban. Dinome’s grandson Fedele is bored and Ryoma thinks about what to do. In the end he comes up with the idea of creating spinning tops. These are essentially Beyblades. Ryouma and Fedele play together until Dinome shows up instantly beats them at the game.

Ryouma brings modern inventions into a fantasy world.
