A different world where the earth is about to disappear due to the ever-expanding “Snow Sea”.
People barely lived on the “heavenly membrane” that spreads from the roots and tops of the giant tree “Orbital Tree”.
When the celestial boy Kaina meets the earthly girl Ririha, a story that changes the perishing world begins.

This work is a project created by Tsutomu Nihei, a manga artist who has received high praise from all over the world, and Polygon Pictures, which has animated Tsutomu Nihei’s work with overwhelming quality.
The manga series will be directed by Itoe Takemoto of “The Beast Player”, and the TV animation will be directed by Hiroaki Ando (masterpieces: “LISTENERS Listeners” and “Ajin”), and will draw a magnificent fantasy story.
This work, which will start after a long conception period, will also be released as a work commemorating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Polygon Pictures. Please expect by all means!
