Keep in mind that Fran forbade Shichou to act autonomously and she still did incredibly well. If Shichou actively participated in the fight, they would have probably won. And if Fran wanted to really go all out, without any regard for Amanda’s well-being, she could have just stolen her abilities. Either way, Fran is and always will be an absolute beast.
