Ingredients :
For dough : 450g White Flour
250g Unsalted Butter
100g Sugar
2 Eggs
2tbsp Soured Cream
1 Lemon Zest
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Salt

For filling : 750g Curd Cheese
2 Eggs
Fresh Chopped Dill
150g Sugar
3tbsp Semolina
1 Lemon Zest
2tsp Vanilla Extract
2tsp Orange Extract

Start with the filling , mash up the curd cheese with a fork , add sugar, eggs, dill and shaved lemon skin, semolina, orange extract and vanilla extract. Mix everything really well , then put the filling aside and make the dough . Add flour in a bowl , then cover the butter in white flour and grated it and mix it with the flour till you obtain a sandy dough. Add sugar ,salt, baking powder , shaved lemon skin, sour cream and 2 eggs. Mix everything then place the dough in the table and knead for a minute or two. Divide the dough in 2 and lay out the first layer and place it in a rectangular tray ( 30/20 cm ) that has been greased with oil and covered in white flour . Pierce the dough using a fork and add the cheese filling . Then , add the second dough layer and repeat the process. Mix an egg yolk with milk and brush the second layer . Preheat the oven then bake the pie on 180degreesC for 40-45 minutes. Once the pie is done , let it cool down very well , then portion it and serve . Enjoy !
