I have been so busy being “Mommy” that 6 months had passed since my last yoga session😭💦 I arrived at the studio not knowing that I had gotten the time wrong. The room was completely empty… but the door was wide open. It must have been an invitation for much needed self-reflection😉🙏 自分の時間がなかなか無くて、半年ぶりのヨガに行ったら、時間を間違ってたみたい😭💦だーれもいなかったけど、扉は空いていたので、思わず、1人ヨガをしちゃいました。自分自身と向き合うべきのタイミングだったのかも・・・
