I am a fan of Naomi Osaka and I have to admit that if she wants to get back into the top 10, she will have to go back to the gym and be fit again like in her glorious years of 2019 and 2020, otherwise she will waste her time playing tennis.
Naomi Osaka is one more victim of fame at young age without proper guides. She is no longer “hungry”. She is no longer dedicated to her game of tennis. When she is successful and famous, many companies offered her lucrative contracts, they will go away if she keep loosing. She could not deal with her successes and fame. She became cocky and involved into politic and media. She did not play in several key tournaments and went to vacations with her boyfriend instead. There are many young and talented players who dedicated 100% to tennis. God is fair, you cannot have everything in life without your efforts and dedications. Naomi, get back to tennis and forget about all your distractions now before it was too late for you. These are my sincere advices as your fan and friend.

Now they know that at any time it's possible for them to find something else that might rattle you . Hope the stroll down victimhood was worth it.
Zhang played very well and Osaka is in her worst condition. She will be retired very soon as she has other business more important than tennis. It is very sad for Osaka's fans including me. She could have been the greatest of all time if she had focused on Tennis not on Fashion. 😔😔😔
Naomi has not 1 single thing to prove To Any Of Us. We know She can Win Grand Slams ,Cause she's done it, We know She can reach #1 in the world, she did that. Her career like anyone's is like our our lives , Ups and Downs. She PLAYS for Love not Necessity or for any of our Personal Entertainment. I'd defend any Player in any sport that Goes thru Ups and Downs. Blessed and Rare are Steady , Long Lived Careers (without any Issues)
Now that Naomi is not the next big thing, I don't see the WTA stepping in to offer any support when she needs it. Moneies are made from her immediate successes, but nothing is ever done to offer true support for a woman struggling with the demands of fame.
Naomi looks lethargic, slow, and out of shape. Ms. Zhang was crisp, calculating, and precise with her shots. US Open starts soon. How far will these two go?

These three to five stroke rallies are why most men don't really watch women's tennis. They also big babies who can't keep their heads on straight, so they lose to players far lower in the rankings. The top spot for females is a revolving door and yet they claim they are equal to men and demand equal pay. Ha!
I have always thought that Zhang was good, but mentally she was not up to par, but things are changing. Her mental game is so much better now. And thus her rise. As for Naomi, we know how good she is, she just got to want it again.
