福島テレビ・報道フロアにて、地震発生の瞬間を捉えた映像。震度5強。揺れは2分30秒ぐらい続いた。
異常な揺れに騒然とするフロア、ロッカー上部に並んだテレビモニターが落下しないように、必死で押さえる人たちの姿。
立っていることさえ困難な状況に、デスクにしがみつく人たちが大多数。
さらに、すさまじい揺れが発生し、棚や机から、さらに多くの物が勢いよく落下する。
室内には悲鳴が飛び交い、照明も点滅し、消えそうになる。
揺れが長引く中、何とか職責を全うせんがため、局員たちは、各地の震度等の情報を確認しはじめる。
Footage: Capture of the earthquake from the moment of its occurrence at the News room of Fukushima TV. People react noisily to the abnormal shaking. Some are frantically holding down the TV monitors on top of the lockers. A majority of them cling on to their desks, unable to stand upright under the circumstances. An even stronger tremor breaks out and objects fall off shelves and desks vigorously. Screams fly across the room, lights flicker and almost go out. Amid the prolonged shaking, members of the staff begin to confirm the intensity scale in other areas, in aims of carrying out their occupational duties.
