と感じる芝居で私は大好きです。
私は男が男だなぁと感じる役の団七を勤めます。
団七は男故にとんでもない事になってしまうんですが、、
私もとても理解できる人物です。
そして
新歌舞伎十八番の仲国
祈りを群舞にして
表す舞踊劇になってます。
夏祭は勸玄、
仲国は麗禾も勸玄も出演します。

‘Natsu-matsuri Naniwa Kagami’
(The Summer Festival in Old Osaka)
This play thoroughly depicts how a man named Danshichi, and people around him lived through their lives. It is my favorite play which makes me realize what was at the bottom of the heart of Japanese at that time in the Edo period.
I will be acting the role of Danshichi, a guy that men feel he’s a real man.
Danshichi gets into a serious trouble, however, as he is living a man’s life…
a character whom I can comprehend very much.

from The New Kabuki Eighteen
‘Setsugekka Mitsu no Nagame
Nakakuni.’
It is a dance performance play, expressing prayer as a group dance.
Kangen will appear in ‘Natsu-matsuri,’
and in ‘Nakakuni’ both Reika and Kangen will appear.
