このたび、
楽屋暖簾を作って頂いた。
お願いしたのは、
TOKYO2020オリンピック開会式で
森山未來さんのパフォーマンスの衣装を
手掛けられたデザイナー
suzuki takayukiさん。
素材と対話し、それが過ごしてきた時間に
思いを馳せ、育んだ環境に敬意を払う。
然るべき道を通って、それらが一番喜ぶ形に
なったもの、それがスズキさんの服だ。
スズキさんの作り出す服には生命を感じる。
だから着ていると、自分の心模様に服が
共鳴してくれてるなと思う。
お気に入りのタートルネックの襟をくいっと
上げて歩くとなんだか力が沸いてきて、
服って、なんでも良くないんだな、と思う。
何気なく着たようでいて、実はそれを選んでる。
そのことを思い出させてくれる服。
「こういうものを作りたい」という私のイメージを
時間をかけて形にしてくださったスズキさん。
ご多忙の合間、イレギュラーなオーダーにもかかわらず、
完成の日には「楽しかったです」と言ってくださり、
モノづくりをする人間は皆、
この「楽しい」が源流だなと思ったり。
さまざまな素材を組み合わせて作った、
世界に一つだけの楽屋暖簾。
一生、大切に使います。

I asked designer ‘suzukitakayuki’ to make a dressing room curtain. He worked on costumes at the opening ceremony of the TOKYO 2020 Olympics.
I feel life in the clothes that Suzuki creates. So when I wear it, I think the clothes resonate with my heart.
He makes a conversation with the material, images the time it has spent, and respects the environment in which it was nurtured.
Suzuki’s clothes are the ones that have taken the right path and made them the most pleasing. I value the only dressing room curtain in the world! Thank you for your wonderful work, Mr.Suzuki!!
