I need to ease up on posting this month, to catch up on off-ice work but also to prepare for the many months I’ll be away in the UK filming for Dancing On Ice. I’ll still be traveling and filming in November, like at the Synchro Challenger Series in Irvine next week, but the majority of my editing and posting will resume in December.

Now is such a great time to be an international skating fan. The ISU is streaming every Grand Prix on YouTube wherever it isn’t broadcast. New podcasts and skating blogs are popping up on every medium. And skaters and coaches are paving new ways to reach an audience through social media. I’m proud to be one of those who are helping to build appreciation for this sport in new ways and for new audiences, and I will continue to do so in every way I can.
