Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br \/>\n2.  Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet.  Spread out almonds and cashews, and roast in the oven for 6 minutes.<br \/>\n3.  Add coconut flakes and bake for another 5-6 minutes.<br \/>\n4.  Remove any burnt pieces.<br \/>\n5.  Split vanilla bean lengthwise and remove the seeds.<br \/>\n6. Transfer everything from the baking sheet to a food processor.  Process for 10 minutes until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.<br \/>\n7.  Add coconut oil, honey, and vanilla bean paste. Blend to combine.<br \/>\n8.
