Minami Takayama (高山 みなみ, Takayama Minami, born Izumi Arai (新井 泉, Arai Izumi), May 5, 1964 is a Japanese voice actress, singer and narrator. Her uncle is a former New Japan Pro-Wrestling managing director Hisashi Shinma. From an early age, Takayama studied ballet, Japanese dance, and vocal music. When she was a child, her sense of justice was so strong that it was written on her report card and she wanted to become a police officer.
