🇯🇵の皆さんへ:大谷翔平と山本由伸が教えてくれた“日本の心”🇺🇸
Even though I’m not Japanese and honestly don’t know much about baseball, I’d like to talk today about the incredible impact that Ohtani and Yamamoto have had on Americans. My name is Steve, and this is Steve’s POV. Thank you for watching. Please subscribe. There’s almost no American who doesn’t know the names Ohtani and Yamamoto. Even if you’re not a baseball enthusiast, everyone knows Ohtani. Even though I’m in Texas, I often see Los Angeles Dodgers Ohtani shirts everywhere I go . When I go to Los Angeles, I see Ohtani movies and Ohtani-gusto next to hotels in Little Tokyo. Ohtani and Yamamoto have had a truly incredible impact on the economy, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Major League Baseball (MLB) in America . But apart from that, I’m Steve, and I think what’s more amazing than any other Japanese baseball player is that there have been players like Matsui and Ichiro before. Each player has had a significant impact on America, and I think the key to that impact is their sportsmanship. It’s not that Americans lack sportsmanship, but many of them are more self-promoting. Especially when they become star players, they sometimes overdo it with self-promotion and self -promotion. They often get into unnecessary trouble, even off the field . But when I look at Japanese players like Otani, Yamamoto, and the players before them, I see their coolness and composure. They don’t overreact no matter what happens. They’re always cool and serious, and their seriousness in training, their earnestness during games, and their attitude toward everything is something I admire. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Why is Otani so popular? Americans want his shirts and buy his merchandise. It’s certainly because of his power as a baseball player, and the incredible results he’s left behind . He’s impressive, but there are also other aspects to him that I think we should learn from , and that influences me. I want to be like Otani, Yamamoto, and other Japanese players. For example, even though they’re superstars, Ohtani and MVP Yamamoto, they still pour water for other players in the dugout, clean up the dugout after the game, and Americans throw trash everywhere. Baseball players throw cups, which is baseball, but they leave that to the cleaning staff after the game, and it’s the American style, the Japanese style. Cleaning up the dugout after the game is a given. Respect is a given. That’s amazing. So, seeing that, I don’t know if Americans will do it or not. I think it has a positive influence on Americans. Many players only drink their own water, but in America, you don’t see players leaving cups for other players in the water area . It’s amazing. It’s amazing. What can I say? The Japanese national character, the Japanese desire to be hospitable to others, how famous they are, and the fact that these two are so strong-willed, even when they get hit by a pitch during a game, they still remain calm and don’t even notice the pain. It’s just that Americans often get into fights right away. I accepted that. And I think Americans have a lot to learn from the attitude of Japanese players, who can even make jokes about it later. It’s not about their abilities, their past, or self-promotion, but their actual attitude, approach, and results. Words aren’t necessary. I think that’s so amazing. As an American who loves Japan, I watched that, and even though I’m not a big fan, I was really happy watching the last game of the World Series. I was so happy. Yamamoto’s closing move, the way he ended it, his coolness, and the way it showed how young the two players are, still childlike and pure. There are parts of the film that make me think it’s good to have a place that hasn’t been strangely influenced or tainted by American culture or sports. I have a lot of baseball fans around me . Now we’re talking about Ohtani and Yamamoto, and Doz. Everyone is so amazing, so amazing. I’ve always talked about Japanese brands on this channel, and Japan is a luxury brand. Lexus, Sony, and Japanese brands have long been associated with the world’s most sophisticated brands. Surprisingly, there are two Japanese people from Japan. I know there are, but seeing Yamamoto and Ohtani in the headlines, everyone’s already known , I feel like the image of Japanese luxury brands is back, or rather, something amazing is happening again . Even with the weak yen and the dollar, tourists are returning from Japan thanks to Ohtani and Yamamoto . Japanese people and Los Angeles Dodgers fans are also feeling the incredible power of Japan Isn’t he adorable? How can I put this? He’s a pro, rich, and thousands, er, millions, tens of millions of dollars richer. He could go crazy and act like a superstar and still be forgiven. Yet he is still very humble! . He has this normal person quality that just makes you smile. This is why there are so many great American players, especially those who become superstars. I feel like there’s something different about him . This speech by MVP Yamamoto at the celebration party after the game was so cool, he really showed how hard he worked on his English and Spanish . He thanked his staff and coaches. His English is great, isn’t it? His English is great. I’ll do my best. It’s amazing what he can do. He thanked his teammates, his coaches, his staff, and the fans. It gave me goosebumps. He might be in a sundress. They’re loved. I strongly feel that these two have greatly improved the image of Japan, the Japanese brand, and Japan among people outside of Los Andes . Congratulations to the Los Angeles Dodgers, Ohtani, and Yamamoto on your MVP awards! It makes me so happy. I’ll continue to work hard in America, showing Americans the strength of Japan, Japanese sportsmanship, Japanese sincerity, Japanese earnestness, Japanese spirit, and the samurai spirit . I’m grateful. Keep up the great work. Thank you. My name is Steve, from Stevete. Please subscribe to my channel . I love Japan. As an American, I have a lot of pride in America . That’s why when I see things like this, when Japanese people are doing well in America, and Japanese names are becoming famous and known by everyone, it makes me so happy. I’m always trying to promote Japan and America, so I make all kinds of merchandise . It’s available in Japan, so please check out Stevep.jp and AmazonJapan. There are camps like this, and various other merchandise, including stickers, so please feel free to purchase them . Let’s continue to be positive every day, even if it’s just a cute movie like Sam’s, and do our best. Thank you. Well, excuse me until next time. for
