　俳優の西島秀俊さんがスポーツ振興くじ「BIG」の新CMキャラクターに起用され、1月15日、東京都内で行われた「10億円BIG 販売開始PRイベント」に登場。イベントには、新CMに出演する松重豊さん、友近さん、二階堂ふみさん、菅田将暉さんも出席した。

　昨年は多くの作品に出演し、プライベートでは12月に16歳年下の一般女性と結婚した西島さんは、今年の抱負を聞かれると、「ここのところ、“硬質”な役が続いたので、2015年はもうちょっと柔らかいタイプの役に挑戦したい」とコメントした。

Actor Hidetoshi Nishijima was appointed as the new CM character of Toto’s “BIG” and was present at the “1 billion BIG sales release PR event” held in Tokyo on January 15th. Yutaka Matsushige, Tomochika, Fumi Nikaido, Masaki Suda, who feature in the new CM, also appeared at the event.
