OUC48プロジェクト「OUC48のワンモ～レシピ」＜農林水産省プラスワンプロジェクト＞20200514

OUC48を代表する料理が得意なメンバーが牛乳などの乳製品を使った料理を考案。
第1弾となる今回テーマは「牛乳をたっぷり使ったカルボナーラ」。
メンバーが考えたオリジナルのカルボナーラレシピを公開します。

Members who are good at cooking, representing OUC48 devised the dish made by dairy products. The first theme will be “Carbonara with plenty of milk”
We will introduce the original Carbonara recipe that the members thought.
