Case Study: A Board Meeting

“Show and Sell” advertising agency produces newspaper and magazine ads, as well as TV and radio commercials. Recently it has experienced difficulties because many clients cannot or do not want to invest money in traditional advertising. What should be done in order to retain existing clients, persuade them to use agency’s services more extensively and attract new clients?
