2023年から3年連続、ハワイ最大級の日本とハワイの文化交流イベント「ホノルルフェスティバル」のオフィシャルアンバサダーや「ホノルル・レインボー駅伝2024」のオフィシャルサポーターも務め、日本とハワイを結ぶアンバサダーとして活躍中の歌手・島谷ひとみが率いる、ビーチライフスタイルプロジェクトユニット。メンバーは、島谷ひとみ、数々のメジャーCMソングを歌うシンガーソングライターの竹中だいち、ハワイ生まれで、「MVの女王」と呼ばれたくさんのアーティストミュージックビデオに出演しているモデルのスミス楓、ハワイ生まれで現在もハワイに居住している日本とハワイを繋ぐアーティストLAHIKI、ウクレレ担当のシンガーソングライター国生優太で構成されている。
日本各地のハワイイベントに出演し、ニューエイジアーティストとして注目を集めている。
総合プロデューサーは、アーティストで音楽家のSHINGIIIIIIが担当し、楽曲制作・ビジュアルプロデュース・映像映作を総合的に担当している。

“Yashinoki” is a beach lifestyle project unit that made its debut on April 3, 2025, with the digital single “HAWAIIAN DAYS.”

The group is led by singer Hitomi Shimatani, who has served for three consecutive years since 2023 as the official ambassador of the Honolulu Festival, one of the largest cultural exchange events between Japan and Hawaii, as well as the official supporter of the Honolulu Rainbow Ekiden 2024. She plays an active role as an ambassador connecting Japan and Hawaii.

The members of Yashinoki include:

Hitomi Shimatani (singer and leader),
Daichi Takenaka, a singer-songwriter known for performing numerous major commercial songs,
Kaede Smith, a Hawaii-born model known as the “Queen of Music Videos” for her frequent appearances in artist music videos,
LAHIKI, a Hawaii-born artist currently residing in Hawaii who connects Japanese and Hawaiian culture,
and Yuta Kunishou, a singer-songwriter who plays the ukulele.
They perform at Hawaiian-themed events throughout Japan and are gaining attention as new-age artists.

The overall producer of the project is artist and musician SHINGIIIIII, who is responsible for music production, visual direction, and video creation.
