His name is U-1146, and he is a neutrophil, a type of white blood cell responsible for protecting the body from harmful pathogens such as bacteria and viruses. White Blood Cell is a cool character, and he is voiced by Tomoaki Maeno. Tomoaki is married to another seiyuu, Mikako Komatsu.
