曲がかかると、ふたりはアイコンタクトを取り頷き、息ぴったりのダンスを披露。「軽やかに、そして、美しく」と添えられた言葉の通り、素早くなめらかに緩急のついたダンスを踊っていく。 踊り切り、阿部は手を振りながら、渡辺とそれぞれ頭を内側に倒しニッコリ。最後もアイコンタクトを取り笑い合って動画は終了する。 「なべあべかっこいい」 「しょっぴーキレキレ」 「あべちゃんお手振りかわいい」 などの声がファンからは集まっている。なお、岩本照＆深澤辰哉ペアと目黒蓮＆宮舘涼太ペアのダンス動画も公開されている。
