浜松市出身。2020年まで地元企業にて総務・経理・店舗運営などを経験。
現在、株式会社浜松パルスにて企画開発室に所属し、業務用空気清浄機エアー・リバイブの開発に従事。
開発を通じて多くの農家と交流し、農業を取り巻く厳しい環境を知るも、彼らの前向きな姿勢に感銘を受ける。さらに、エアー・リバイブの持つポテンシャルにも後押しされピッチに挑戦。
「フォトニクスチャレンジ2024」で最優秀チャレンジ賞受賞。静岡県SDGsビジネスアワード2022 県知事賞を受賞。 Born in Hamamatsu City, Aki Furuhashi gained experience in general affairs, accounting, and store management at a local company until 2020. Currently, she is part of the Planning and Development Department at Hamamatsu Pulse Co., Ltd., where she is involved in the development of the commercial air purifier Air Revive. Through this work, she has interacted with many farmers and has come to understand the challenging conditions surrounding agriculture, yet she is deeply inspired by their positive attitudes. Motivated by its potential, she pitched the concept of Air Revive, winning the Grand Challenge Award at the Photonics Challenge 2024 and the Governor’s Award at the Shizuoka Prefecture SDGs Business Awards 2022.
