Hochu Otsuka (voice actor as Jiraiya from Naruto) commented on the arson attack at Kyoto Animation

At least 34 people dead in arson attack at KyoAni(Kyoto Animation studio), and many of them were young.
It’s very sad and unforgivable that this incident happened to the KyoAni people who have made a lot of people happy.

Japanese Voice Actor Hochu Otsuka (大塚芳忠) commented on the KyoAni Fire on the TV program which he is a narrator.

Hochu Otsuka is the voice actor of Jiraiya from the Naruto Series.
