Here is a gentle seated heart opening sequence to practice at anytime of the day. Please feel free do this sitting down on a blanket, pillow, or chair if you have tight hips. Be mindful of your body and if you have any injuries, do not push them. Being gentle is a great kindness we can give ourselves at this time.
