アイドルグループ「AKB48」の横山由依さんが6月8日、東京都内で行われた「週刊 ロビ2」創刊記念イベントに出席。17日に沖縄で開票イベントが行われる「第9回AKB48選抜総選挙」について、先月31日の投票速報（中間発表）で12位だった横山さんは、目標は7位以内の“神7”だといい、「今は喉の調子がよくなくて万全じゃない。沖縄（に行く）までに喉を治して、できるだけ高い順位でスピーチしたい」と意気込みを語った。
この日のイベントには、横山さんのほか、向井地美音さん、小栗有以さん、川本紗矢さん、高橋朱里さんも出席。速報14位の川本さんは「本番の目標は15位以内。沖縄初めてなので楽しみながら頑張れたら」と話し、速報9位の高橋さんは「目標は“神7”なので、ランクアップしたい」と語った。
この日は、毎号付属のパーツを組み立てるとロボット「ロビ」が完成するデアゴスティーニ･ジャパンのマガジンシリーズ「週刊 ロビ2」の創刊を記念したイベントで、総勢48体のロビで結成した「Robi48」とともに、同グループのメンバーがダンスパフォーマンスを披露した。

About the “9th AKB48 Favorite Singer voting” event was held on the 17th in Okinawa, singer Yokoyama who was ranked 12th in the voting bulletin on the 31st of last month (interim announcement) said her goal was to reach the top 7, also known as Kami 7.
