I am NGT48 Tsugumi Oguma, also known as “Tsugumin”.
In the past 2 general elections, I was not able to clearly state that I would like to rank in. However, in this year’s general election, I strongly feel that I would like to rank in.
Also, as this is my 3rd general election, and I am now a high school student, I hope to take a new step with all of you.
