Villa Amancaya, also known as WV KAY (http://www.wimco.com/villas/villa.aspx?pid=902608), is a 7-bedroom villa located in Anse des Cayes within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This private, hillside property has breathtaking views and is set within large, beautifully landscaped gardens.
Decorated with lavender and teak accents, the main building has 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which is strategically placed to take advantage of the view. The living room has a large, L-shaped sofa and opens to the pool and view.
Located off the living area under a covered terrace is a dining area, which comfortably seats 12 guests. A second dining area is located underneath the gazebo in the garden.
The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms in the main building each have a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom faces the pool, while the other bedroom opens to the garden with fountain. Two other air-conditioned bedrooms are located in separate bungalows, and have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.
There’s a newly built bungalow with an additional 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both have views of Anse des Cayes as welll as a living room, kitchenette and terrace. This cannot be rented separately from the main house.
A spacious wooden deck with loungers surrounds the pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, French and U.S. satellite TV, and complimentary turndown service and breakfast daily.
Villa Amancaya comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
