スーパーモデルのミランダ・カーさんが来日し、3月16日に東京都内で行われたファッションブランド「サマンサタバサ」の新CM発表会に出席。背中が大きく開いたスリット入りの白いワンピースに、ピンクのバッグを合わせたスタイルで登場した。
カーさんは同発表会に出席するため、15日に来日。発表会は、東京・表参道にあるショップ「DELUXE表参道GATES店」で開催され、店外には多くのファンが集まって、カーさんに声援を送った。
新CM「白い食卓」編は、イケメン5人がミランダさんのハートを奪うべく、“壁ドン”や“頭ポンポン”などのモテ仕草で、それぞれバッグを贈る……という内容。BGMはクリスタル・ケイさんの「サクラ」で、16日から放送。
