This episode is the only episode in the series where a team perfectly survived the entire game. Aside from this being a record, they are four other records associated with it.
– Koji Imada and Daisuke Miyagawa became the only people to clear three games in the series.
– Ryo Tamura, Koji Imada and Daisuke Miyagawa in the Bomb Room became the first team to perfectly survived the game.
– In The Beam Room, Daisuke Miyagawa, Koji Imada and Toru Nomaguchi won the stage without even using pass. Toru Nomaguchi and Koji Imada also holds the record for double escapes on the longest beam (136cm / 53.5433 inches left).
– Although not a record, it’s worth mentioning that in the Ceiling Room, Koji Imada, Daisuke Miyagawa and Toru Nomaguchi cleared the stage without using Telephone of Life. Although on this version they only had to solve two puzzles instead of three.
Manami Ui in The Beam Room became the first person in the show who fell down during the first question. But that because she was standing in front of someone else, so there was still a portion of beam left for the second person (Shinichi Hatori) to answer the question.
