· The myth is that if you don’t have a mental health disorder, you don’t need to prioritize your mental health.
· The truth is that it’s ALWAYS a good time to prioritize your mental health and wellness. Ignoring your mental health needs just because you don’t have a mental health disorder is as ill-advised as ignoring your physical health because you don’t have cancer.
