is an island floating in Kaiyo Town at the southern tip of Tokushima Prefecture, and is easily accessible by land as it is connected by a 100m bridge.<br \/>\nBeyond the bridge that connects to the island, there is a port that serves as a base for tuna fishing, and a boarding point for the underwater sightseeing boat Blue Marine, where you can observe the corals and tropical fish that grow around the island.<br \/>\nThe Awa Takegashima Lighthouse, which has a distinctive red line on a white background, stands on a hill on the island.<br \/>\nThere is a promenade leading up to the lighthouse, and from the rest area near the lighthouse you can enjoy the view of the clear emerald green sea and the surrounding
