It is also capable of operating through services to various other operators, including Tobu Tojo Line, Seibu Yurakucho Line, Seibu Ikebukuro Line, Tokyu Toyoko Line and as far as Yokohama Minatomirai Line.<\/p>\n<p>The 17000 Series were built by Hitachi to A-Train specifications.
