This time, I am visiting Atami Onsen. It is a contender for Japan’s Number One Onsen, challenging Kusatsu Onsen. It was an extremely popular onsen of the last century, and the preferred place to chill by legendary Japanese writers like Osamu Dazai. This town is often referred to as a miracle, as it managed to survived a harsh decline in popularity, emerging once again in modern times as one of Japan’s top vacation spots with its scenic seaside views and retro charm.

The drive towards Atami Onsen is also very beautiful. This 2D1N trip is the perfect getaway from Tokyo, and should not be missed if you are visiting Japan.

Information:
Ryokan with the Onsen I went to: https://yumeiroha-atami.jp
MOA Art Museum: https://www.moaart.or.jp/en/
Kinomiya Shrine: http://kinomiya.or.jp
Atami Fireworks Schedule: https://www.city.atami.lg.jp/event/1009037/1001205.html
Hatsushima Island Access: https://www.hatsushima.jp/en/access/
Cafe Kichi: https://www.cafe-kichi.com

Timestamps:
0:00 Supercut
0:16 Drive Part 1
0:27 Rest Stop
2:28 Drive Part 2
3:27 Atami Station & Shopping Streets
4:54 Onsen (Dream)
6:57 Atami Ginza & Dinner
7:23 Day 2
7:40 Kinomiya Shrine
12:00 MOA Art Museum
17:53 Cafe Kichi
18:50 Sun Beach
22:08 Onsen (Moon)
23:10 Fireworks

Hello viewers.
