The coastline of the &#8220;Niseko-Shakotan-Otaru Coast Quasi-National Park&#8221; is lined with rocks that look like works of art. These are miraculous, strangely shaped rocks. Nearer to Otaru, &#8220;Ebisu Rock&#8221; and &#8220;Daikoku Rock&#8221; stand in a pair, like a married couple. It&#8217;s no wonder they&#8217;re called &#8220;Married Couple Rocks.&#8221; And on the Furubira Town side is the lifelike &#8220;Candle Rock.&#8221; In the early evening, the Candle Sea and sky look as if they&#8217;re lit by candlelight.
