From briouat and chebakia, to prickly pear fruit and creamy raib, we wandered through the thousands of tiny alleys that make up this maze of a medina where you can find some of the best street food in Morocco.<\/p>\n<p>A popular Moroccan food is camel, but here in Fes we had it in a very unique way, as a dumpling. We went to Restaurant Bouayad, the only Chinese restaurant in the medina of Fes, to try their unique camel dumplings. These camel dumplings were unlike anything we\u2019ve ever tasted, very favourful and tasty, a unique twist on a popular Moroccan food.<\/p>\n<p>We continued our food tour in Fez, Morocco, exploring the streets of the city, looking for unique street foods to taste.<\/p>\n<p>A Moroccan food tour would be incomplete without a pastilla, but this one with a twist! This unique street food is usually made with pigeon, but the version at Fondouk Bazaar here in Fes is made as a duck confit pastilla. This duck confit pastilla was super flavourful and very unique!<\/p>\n<p>We hope you enjoy this unique food tour in Fez, Morocco, tasting some interesting dishes like camel dumplings and duck confit pastilla.
