Today we are at Kanazawa.\u00a0<br \/>\nWe just dropped off our luggage at the hotel and now we&#8217;re going to walk around and check out\u00a0<br \/>\na food market to grab some food! Let&#8217;s go! [Music] Oh what is that? Happy face croquette They&#8217;re making it fresh in front of you. So we&#8217;re at Omicho Food Market and it has\u00a0<br \/>\ntons of seafood, groceries, and meats. The croquette look really yummy!\u00a0<br \/>\nI found pumpkin croquette which\u00a0\u00a0 I haven&#8217;t had yet so I was like I\u00a0<br \/>\nwant to try that. I love pumpkin. It&#8217;s round. Very interesting.\u00a0<br \/>\nThey&#8217;re usually flat. Wow it is stuffed! Oh this one&#8217;s really yummy! Oh my goodness That&#8217;s crazy. They seasoned it inside.. Mmm! I think I like this\u00a0<br \/>\nbetter than the potato one. Wow it&#8217;s so flavorful. I haven&#8217;t actually seen the\u00a0<br \/>\npumpkin one anywhere else. A little sweet too! Oh so tasty. Mmm! It&#8217;s so yummy! I feel like\u00a0<br \/>\nit was better than the potato one. Oh wow. Yeah Just think of a potato croquette but then\u00a0<br \/>\nthe inside is stuffed with pumpkin instead. There&#8217;s cheese inside! What!<br \/>\nIs there? The white part. Oh damn. Is that what it was? That&#8217;s so yummy! Maybe that&#8217;s what was making it super tasty!\u00a0<br \/>\nYeah maybe the cheese melted into the pumpkin. On the side streets of Omitro Market, there&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nactually an area where there&#8217;s a bunch of seating with umbrellas. So that&#8217;s perfect If\u00a0<br \/>\nyou get something to eat. You can go there and\u00a0\u00a0 chill and relax. Enjoy your meal. There&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nalso a restroom nearby if you need to go. Next is this meat croquette. Meat\u00a0<br \/>\ncroquette! I love how it just says meat. It doesn&#8217;t have like\u00a0<br \/>\nwhat kind of meat. It&#8217;s so soft. That&#8217;s really good. I think this is the best croquette place\u00a0<br \/>\nwe&#8217;ve had. We&#8217;ve had a lot of croquette on our trip. Oh my god I think this is the\u00a0<br \/>\nbest one. Like it&#8217;s actually tastes really meaty! The last meat croquettes we&#8217;ve had\u00a0<br \/>\nhave didn&#8217;t have that much meat. Okay The\u00a0\u00a0 meat croquette we had at what Family\u00a0<br \/>\nMart? You couldn&#8217;t even tell taste the meat. It was like beef croquette or\u00a0<br \/>\nsomething but you couldn&#8217;t taste the\u00a0\u00a0 beef. This is like filled! There&#8217;s a lot of\u00a0<br \/>\npieces of ground meat. Tastes really meaty. Delicious! This looked yummy and I wanted to\u00a0<br \/>\ntry it.. I think it&#8217;s a crab tempura stick. Oh the tour guides are coming. Oh our bag flew! What! It&#8217;s imitation crab but it\u00a0<br \/>\nstill tastes really good. Tastes\u00a0\u00a0 better than the small ones. This is like\u00a0<br \/>\na really big piece of imitation crab. I&#8217;ve never seen imitation crab that big actually.<br \/>\nThat tempura I could get like three four of those and probably eat them at the\u00a0<br \/>\nsame time. It&#8217;s really good. Nice We&#8217;re in this little booth thing. You have to\u00a0<br \/>\ntake your shoes off and you come in and sit. I think this is like the traditional style\u00a0<br \/>\nsetting right? i think so. And here they teach you how to make a wet towels. So they give\u00a0<br \/>\nthese compact ones and you pour a little water.. Wow did you see it? It&#8217;s growing! What\u00a0<br \/>\nin the world? And then you can unfold it! Oh hey that&#8217;s pretty cool! That&#8217;s the first time I saw this being\u00a0<br \/>\nimplemented in a restaurant. Right? I0\u00a0 know they sell these at Daiso I was like\u00a0<br \/>\nwondering when you would ever use it.. I guess this was good way. Okay so the\u00a0<br \/>\nreason why we chose to eat at this\u00a0\u00a0 restaurant is actually because we wanted to\u00a0<br \/>\ntry this traditional local food of Kanazawa called Kamojibuni. We&#8217;re looking for local\u00a0<br \/>\ntraditional dishes and that popped up so we&#8217;re going to give that a try! Yeah I&#8217;m so\u00a0<br \/>\nexcited cause we love duck! We love duck. Recommendations. Mentaiko udon.\u00a0<br \/>\nYo. There&#8217;s the sukiyaki. It&#8217;s duck sukiyaki. Where where? Duck sukiyaki?\u00a0<br \/>\nMaybe that one? I&#8217;ll get the other one. Yeah we&#8217;re ready. Are we interested in this dessert too? Maybe.\u00a0 Matcha daifuku ice cream. Look how massive\u00a0<br \/>\nthis sign is. It&#8217;s like telling you to order it. It&#8217;s sukiyaki udon with duck. Okay\u00a0<br \/>\nsure. What are you getting? I&#8217;m getting that. Oh that&#8217;s the duck! Wow that smells\u00a0<br \/>\nso good. Some more veggies. Some kind of fried rice maybe. And then\u00a0<br \/>\nsome sauce for your noodles. Wow it smells really good! Look at those\u00a0<br \/>\nduck breasts. Piece of duck. Looks so juicy. It&#8217;s a braised piece of duck meat and\u00a0<br \/>\nIt absorbed all the flavors from the\u00a0\u00a0 vegetables and the broth. Pretty good. I\u00a0<br \/>\nlike my pieces of duck a little thicker but I think this is the way they cook\u00a0<br \/>\nit. They put wasabi in their broth too.. I like it. You can taste the flavors from\u00a0<br \/>\nthe mushroom in the duck. It&#8217;s like infused. Big noodle puddle. Dip the noodles first.\u00a0<br \/>\nOh is that the official way of eating it? Mhm! Really tasty and refreshing!\u00a0<br \/>\nI specifically ordered cold noodles because it&#8217;s really hot outside\u00a0<br \/>\nLooks like there&#8217;s maybe tofu,\u00a0\u00a0 mushroom in here. I&#8217;m not sure what\u00a0<br \/>\nthat is. Might be some kind of seafood. Tastes really good. I like it Feels like\u00a0<br \/>\na very homey meal. Like a home-cooked\u00a0\u00a0 meal. Like it doesn&#8217;t feel heavy.\u00a0<br \/>\nFeels like you could eat it all the time because it feels healthy. Can&#8217;t\u00a0<br \/>\nbelieve there&#8217;s wasabi there. Yeah. Am I supposed to eat it with the wasabi\u00a0<br \/>\nlike this? Oh wasabi and duck? Yo do it. I like it. Yeah. it actually tastes really\u00a0<br \/>\ngood like that. Maybe that&#8217;s the way to eat it. My turn to start on my sukiyaki udon with duck\u00a0<br \/>\nbreast. And they have a little onsen egg here that I&#8217;m going to break apart right\u00a0<br \/>\nnow. I&#8217;m give that a try first. Mmm Wow These udon noodles are actually\u00a0<br \/>\na little on the thinner side. Nice nice nice nice nice nice. Thin udon noodles. Let&#8217;s go! That&#8217;s really fresh. Really chewy. Really soft..\u00a0\u00a0 I&#8217;m going to chow down now! This is\u00a0<br \/>\ndelicious. All done. We devoured this. Wo wo wo Fancy! Super stuffed. That\u00a0<br \/>\nwas really delicious. I like that the flavors are more like on the mild side in\u00a0<br \/>\ncomparison to everything we&#8217;ve been eating. So definitely more of like a homecooked\u00a0<br \/>\nmeal kind of vibe rather than going out but I really appreciated that because\u00a0<br \/>\nall the meals we&#8217;ve been having has been\u00a0\u00a0 really heavy&#8230; so this is just like\u00a0<br \/>\na light meal that we&#8217;ll stomach more easily. Very delicious. Very traditional. If\u00a0<br \/>\nyou&#8217;re in Kanazawa area definitely try it out! Oo this is a nice small cute garden.\u00a0<br \/>\nWe are enjoying a stroll in a Japanese garden. It&#8217;s Japanese just because it&#8217;s in Japan.\u00a0\u00a0 All the gardens are technically\u00a0<br \/>\nJapanese gardens. And we out! We are at Kazue-Machi Chaya District. This is\u00a0<br \/>\nan olden Edo area street near the river. Very aesthetic. I think the lowest traffic city I&#8217;ve\u00a0<br \/>\nseen out of everywhere we&#8217;ve been so far. There&#8217;s not that many people honestly. On the website\u00a0<br \/>\nactually said this is like a more quiet Kyoto. These streets are so awesome! Wow! They&#8217;re so tiny. We&#8217;re actually trying to go find the\u00a0<br \/>\nice cream store that has the gold on top. I think that is their specialty\u00a0<br \/>\nhere. Oh shiny! Oh my goodness! Let&#8217;s go! Let&#8217;s do it! Let&#8217;s eat this\u00a0<br \/>\nice cream! The gold ice cream. So no eating and walking. Oh he&#8217;s already done! He&#8217;s going to put the gold flake on there. Wow! Wow oh my god!? Wow! Dude that looks too bougie to even eat.\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat?! Dude that thing is insane! Oh it&#8217;s so pretty! But I wonder if\u00a0<br \/>\nit tastes like anything. Okay,\u00a0\u00a0 it&#8217;s my first time eating gold. Let&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nsee if it tastes like anything.. Does that have any taste? Tastes like I&#8217;m bougie.\u00a0<br \/>\nYou have gold on your lips. Do I? Yeah gold on your lips. I wasn&#8217;t expecting golden lips. That&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nso interesting. I don&#8217;t think there should be a taste. It doesn&#8217;t taste like anything. It&#8217;s really\u00a0<br \/>\nthin gold. Just like paper. Yeah paper thing. It&#8217;s even thinner than paper. It just melts away. The\u00a0<br \/>\nice cream&#8217;s really good though. It&#8217;s really milky! The ice cream&#8217;s really good. You don&#8217;t really\u00a0<br \/>\ntaste the gold but it&#8217;s really cold to eat. Go like&#8230; so it sticks to you. Now I know when people eat like those\u00a0<br \/>\nsteaks that are wrapped in gold and\u00a0\u00a0 stuff and pay a ton for it&#8230; They&#8217;re just\u00a0<br \/>\nflexing their money. It doesn&#8217;t taste like anything. Yeah gold doesn&#8217;t taste\u00a0<br \/>\nlike anything! It looks cool though. Can our body even process this? i\u00a0\u00a0 have no idea. There&#8217;s gonna be gold\u00a0<br \/>\nflakes when I go into the washroom. How&#8217;s the cone? Pretty good. This place is so bougie. Everything&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\njust like covered in gold.\u00a0\u00a0 Gold flakes everything. They even have gold\u00a0<br \/>\nflake chopsticks. Golden golf ball. What? [Music] We go. Cockroaches? What is happening? Explain.\u00a0<br \/>\nBugs in the water.. I don&#8217;t know. Bugs in the water? It&#8217;s literally showing you that the\u00a0<br \/>\nbugs lay the egg and then the egg rolls\u00a0\u00a0 into the water and then they hatch in the water\u00a0<br \/>\nand they come back out and the cycle continues. Huge park. So we&#8217;re outside the castle walls\u00a0<br \/>\nright now That is actually one of\u00a0\u00a0 the entrance but in order to get\u00a0<br \/>\nto it you actually have to cross a bridge on the other side.. which we\u00a0<br \/>\nare going to go next! There are layers. If you know you know. Oh admission! We&#8217;re now in Kenrokuen garden,\u00a0\u00a0 one of the three perfect gardens in Japan\u00a0<br \/>\nwhich means it&#8217;s designed to be beautiful all year round. Every season is supposed to\u00a0<br \/>\nbe spectacular. Let&#8217;s go check it out! Fish! So we were walking and there was this post\u00a0<br \/>\nin the middle of the sidewalk and I looked\u00a0\u00a0 up and it was to support the tree cause it&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nleaning forward too much. What in the world? It&#8217;s just chilling here. Why is it doing that? Why are the wings like that? I don&#8217;t\u00a0know. It&#8217;s like it&#8217;s praying or something. So\u00a0<br \/>\nweird. Oh my god. That was the first time we saw a crane do that. Yeah I don&#8217;t know\u00a0<br \/>\nwhat it was doing. The wings were in a\u00a0\u00a0 weird strange position. Like it was like\u00a0<br \/>\npraying or doing some kind of ritual or something. Really funny. It looked like\u00a0<br \/>\nit was flexing its wings or something. So Devi is super sleepy so she&#8217;s going\u00a0<br \/>\nto get a drink. What do you want? That? So this is a statue of Prince\u00a0<br \/>\nYamato. A lot of people here\u00a0\u00a0 are actually taking a look at this.\u00a0<br \/>\nLooks really cool. It&#8217;s really big. You having fun? I&#8217;m so sleepy! A\u00a0<br \/>\nlot of the trees here are being supported by like these logs. So\u00a0<br \/>\nwithout the workers here all these\u00a0\u00a0 branches would just die. Look at\u00a0<br \/>\nall the supports it has around it. Very interesting I love the way they designed\u00a0<br \/>\nthis place. Our first feature. Yeah it&#8217;s pretty cool. So you walk\u00a0<br \/>\nup these bamboo looking stairs. They have a little area there. Maybe it was\u00a0<br \/>\nworth the walk. I have to get up here. That&#8217;s nice and peaceful. This is what everyone&#8217;s looking at. Very nice and very peaceful. Some water for the birds. Stairs to go back down.\u00a0<br \/>\nDevi chilling. It&#8217;s shaded and breezy up here. They&#8217;re all over the tree. There&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\ndefinitely plums at the plum grove. Beautiful pond. Yeah I imagine this would\u00a0<br \/>\nlook really pretty in the autumn cause all\u00a0\u00a0 the trees would have like all different colors\u00a0<br \/>\nand they would show in the water. That&#8217;s for sure. Right now it&#8217;s all green. Fish Fish! Oh my\u00a0<br \/>\ngod! These guys are so big! Look I&#8217;m feeding them. Somehow you&#8217;re getting all the fishes\u00a0<br \/>\njust by waving a hand. We found the exit. We are here all by ourselves entering\u00a0<br \/>\nthe castle but only the free portion. Look at these gates! Oh wow! That&#8217;s so\u00a0<br \/>\ncool. Oh my god. That&#8217;s really The grass here is like really well maintained. It&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nlike all an even length. Super green and there&#8217;s no brown patches. Oh my god.\u00a0<br \/>\nAre those ravens? Yeah, those are big. Look at this grass. Look at\u00a0<br \/>\nit It&#8217;s beautiful isn&#8217;t it. 501. The only one. Let&#8217;s go!\u00a0<br \/>\nOh wow This is really spacious! A lot more room than our last hotel. Coming\u00a0in. There&#8217;s a big table dude! Wow We can\u00a0\u00a0 eat so much food here. Literally\u00a0<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re staying here for one day. You put like your\u00a0trouser in there. How to\u00a0\u00a0 use trouser press. What&#8217;s a\u00a0<br \/>\ntrouser press? I don&#8217;t know. It&#8217;s a cat kneading bread. He&#8217;s making his bread. Oh he&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nmaking his bread. Nice nice nice. The streets are so cute. Very beautiful.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s go. We left our hotel and we are\u00a0<br \/>\ngoing to get dinner. We&#8217;re going to try some conveyor sushi. This place apparently\u00a0<br \/>\nis pretty good according to our friends. There&#8217;s a lot of bugs here. Very pretty here. Wow. [Music] Change it to English. Touch screen to order!\u00a0<br \/>\nWow look at all this stuff. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness I&#8217;m so excited! What are we\u00a0<br \/>\ngoing to do? Let&#8217;s go to seasonal menu. There&#8217;s so much. How are you going to decide? Hokkaido black beef gunkan. Nice. Is it going to come now? Oh it already\u00a0<br \/>\ncomes right away! Oh wow fatty tuna! Order. Well we got the salmon so we\u00a0<br \/>\ngot to get the tuna too. Yeah,\u00a0\u00a0 we&#8217;re eating good. Dude everything here is so\u00a0<br \/>\ncheap compared to the other places we&#8217;ve been to. Other conveyors. These are definitely the\u00a0<br \/>\nbest price. Like 150! That&#8217;s insane. 150 for two pieces! Oh they&#8217;re not letting us order\u00a0<br \/>\nanymore. We have too much stuff in the queue. Oh what that&#8217;s so cool! Oh my god!\u00a0<br \/>\nThis is the minced special fatty tuna gunkan.<br \/>\nSome wasabi. Beautiful. This is the Hokkaido\u00a0<br \/>\nblack beef gunkan. And they have so many different soy sauces! I\u00a0<br \/>\nwant I want Ponzu soy sauce. That\u00a0\u00a0 sounds yummy. Dp you want this one on\u00a0<br \/>\nyours too? Sure, I&#8217;m willing to try. That&#8217;s pretty good. That&#8217;s really good. Wow. Hokkaido black beef. That&#8217;s beefy alright! Oh that&#8217;s so good! You\u00a0<br \/>\ncan taste like the black pepper and the beef. Wow check this out!<br \/>\nWow. That was um grilled eel with um teriyaki sauce\u00a0\u00a0 150 yen for two.. I can&#8217;t\u00a0<br \/>\nbelieve how cheap this place is! This is Tuna Mountain. Sushi cheer! I was expecting the quality of\u00a0<br \/>\nthe sushi to not be that good\u00a0\u00a0 cause it&#8217;s so cheap so I was expecting\u00a0<br \/>\nto be like maybe Kura quality but this is like really good. Now I&#8217;m just\u00a0<br \/>\ngoing to say this is my favorite. My favorite conveyor sushi so far.\u00a0<br \/>\nThis next one. Look at that salmon! Oh my god. All the salmon&#8217;s falling\u00a0<br \/>\noff! I can&#8217;t even eat it. Cheers. Those salmon eggs burst your mouth. This place is\u00a0\u00a0 pretty pretty worth it! I love those\u00a0<br \/>\nsalmon eggs. They add so much flavor! Mackerel. Check that out Wow! That&#8217;s fatty! It&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nlike marinated and looks really good.. That&#8217;s a heavy hit of ginger. Really\u00a0<br \/>\nsmooth. Really delicious. Really fresh. I was expecting it to be a tougher texture\u00a0<br \/>\nbut it was actually really soft and chewy. We got flamed smoked duck. Flame smoked\u00a0<br \/>\nduck! That looks fire. Then we got squid rare steak. And then we have this.. I\u00a0<br \/>\nthink that&#8217;s the fatty yellow! Oh my god! And this is the roast beef with garlic\u00a0<br \/>\nsauce and radish I believe. This all\u00a0\u00a0 looks so delicious! What&#8217;s this last one? I\u00a0<br \/>\nthink that&#8217;s grilled beef with spicy leek. Wow that one looks really good. Okay let&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nget the show on the road! Check that out! Oh no mine fell apart. Is that roast beef? This is the smoked duck. We definitely ordering another one!\u00a0<br \/>\nWow That&#8217;s so yummy! What is this? That&#8217;s squid. It&#8217;s charred.\u00a0<br \/>\nThis is the fatty yellow. Nice. I&#8217;ve never had a bad dish yet. Yeah! Not a single one of these\u00a0<br \/>\nhas been a disappointment yet. Like every single one of them\u00a0<br \/>\nhas just been a mouthgasm. Yeah,\u00a0\u00a0 very delicious! Check this one! This is the\u00a0<br \/>\nproscuitto with onion. Very interesting. Cheers! I don&#8217;t like that one. That&#8217;s the only\u00a0<br \/>\none I don&#8217;t like. I thought it still\u00a0\u00a0 tastes good. Very different. Check\u00a0<br \/>\nout this monster! Spicy leek beef. Cheers! The chili chili oil is so good! It has\u00a0<br \/>\nlike some garlic and a bit of a crunch but just topped with the leak. Oh my god it\u00a0<br \/>\njust makes everything better. I can imagine\u00a0\u00a0 like every single nigiri with this would be\u00a0<br \/>\ndelicious. Yeah I wish they had that on the side or something. The last one that came\u00a0<br \/>\nin has some chili but this one is squid. There&#8217;s some bounce in that squid. So we got these three tuna and it&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nlean albaore and soy marinated. Wow. hen we got this heaping flame\u00a0<br \/>\nfatty salmon. That looks so freaking good! Oh my god. Next up is\u00a0<br \/>\nthe squid tempura with garlic mayo. And then there were some other\u00a0<br \/>\ncooked items that looked good. This is the egg custard with spicy and caviar\u00a0<br \/>\nand cheese&#8230; Oh my god that looks super soft. This is the pork bone broth ramen with flame\u00a0<br \/>\ngarlic. Yo the black garlic! That looks so fire! That actually looks really really good! Like\u00a0<br \/>\nthe egg looks like it&#8217;s cooked well. That chashu looks so fatty! Yeah the chashu looks like it&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\ncooked pretty well too. Tons of garlic in here. Garlic and black garlic. The broth looks super\u00a0<br \/>\nrich! I can&#8217;t wait. This first tuna is minced. Very interesting. Cheers! I usually don&#8217;t like mint tuna sushi but\u00a0<br \/>\nthat was really delicious! Yeah it was really creamy. I think albacore tuna is the one\u00a0<br \/>\nyou usually see in North America. That&#8217;s the one we eat back home but way cheaper here. Yeah. Wow\u00a0<br \/>\ncheck that one! Oh my goodness. Cheers. Cheers. That piece was my favorite out of the three\/\u00a0<br \/>\nThat was three pieces for 150 yen! Pretty good!\u00a0\u00a0 50 yen for a piece of sushi&#8230; This is the\u00a0<br \/>\nsquid tempura with garlic mayo. Wow Cheers! That&#8217;s so delicious. It&#8217;s like crispy tempura\u00a0<br \/>\ninside. The squid is so chewy. The sauce just compliments it so good. Yeah I think I\u00a0<br \/>\nlike that one better than the regular squid!\u00a0\u00a0 The squid tempura.. It was like extra soft\/ I\u00a0<br \/>\nthink from being fried. Yeah I definitely see that. Look how fatty the salmon is! Oh my god,\u00a0<br \/>\nThis whole thing is just like soaked in salmon\u00a0\u00a0 fat. Oh my goodness. Can you even eat this?\u00a0<br \/>\nI&#8217;m going to try my best! Big bite Big bite! Want me to finish it? mhm Oh my god that&#8217;s so good! All the salmon fat just melted into the\u00a0<br \/>\nrice! Tastes so fatty and good! So rich. It&#8217;s jiggly. Jiggle jiggle jiggle jiggle!<br \/>\nOh wow It&#8217;s so soft! First bite!\u00a0\u00a0 Mmmmm You like it? It&#8217;s like pudding but just with\u00a0<br \/>\negg! So it&#8217;s an egg custard and then the code roe. It&#8217;s like spicy salty! They made it silkier somehow. It&#8217;s like super silky. Oh wow. Oh there&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\nmochi at the bottom! Oh yeah Yeah that&#8217;s mochi! Okay I got to try the mochi. That\u00a0<br \/>\nlooks amazing! You got to chew well. That&#8217;s really good. The mochi\u00a0<br \/>\nis so chewy! I&#8217;ve never had\u00a0\u00a0 it like this. This is really tasty actually. Wow This is a lot! This is actually a pretty\u00a0<br \/>\nbig portion. I was expecting it to be a smaller.<br \/>\nFirst bite! That&#8217;s actually really good! I really like\u00a0<br \/>\nthe broth! It&#8217;s so garlicky. Like they were not skimping out on the black garlic. The\u00a0<br \/>\npicture didn&#8217;t look like this. Like this\u00a0\u00a0 is more garlicky than I expected. Mhm Right?\u00a0<br \/>\nI love garlic so this is like heaven for me. Literally tastes better than some of the\u00a0<br \/>\nramen we&#8217;ve had back at home from like an\u00a0\u00a0 actual restaurant! The broth is super rich.\u00a0<br \/>\nI don&#8217;t know if the garlic flakes kicking in like it&#8217;s super garlicy! This is like next level\u00a0<br \/>\nblack garlic ramen. From a sushi conveyor? What?! This is crazy. That&#8217;s our three\u00a0<br \/>\npiece salmon set. Heaping flame salmon cheese. Salmon with spicy\u00a0<br \/>\nshredded leek. Check that syrup! Ooh. This is the fatty. That&#8217;s really delicious. So fatty. Every time\u00a0<br \/>\nI bite. The salmon fat mixes in with the rice. I think this is the lean salmon. Still really good. There&#8217;s ginger on the side. Chili oil chili pepper on salmon. Let&#8217;s go! Can&#8217;t go wrong with that chili oil.\u00a0 That chili is actually so delicious.\u00a0<br \/>\nIf they sold it in jars I would buy it! Check that! Check that out. Look at the amount\u00a0<br \/>\nof cheese on this and the seared salmon. Wow! So messy! Super cheesy! What the heck! i really like the salmon but I don&#8217;t\u00a0<br \/>\nknow how I feel about the cheese. It\u00a0\u00a0 kind of tastes like those those honey\u00a0<br \/>\nbutter cheese. The ones that are like slightly sweet. It does. Right? We don&#8217;t eat\u00a0<br \/>\ncheese with salmon that often.. Unless it&#8217;s the cream cheese salmon roll. We got some\u00a0<br \/>\nedamame to help with digestion hopefully. It&#8217;s cold. It&#8217;s salted. It&#8217;s a good\u00a0<br \/>\nsnack! It&#8217;s refreshing. Very delicious. That smells so good. This is fried chicken cartilage.\u00a0<br \/>\nSounded really yummy so we decided to try one last thing before\u00a0<br \/>\nwe go. Ooh crispy! Cheers. Wow It&#8217;s kind of like a chicken karaage but\u00a0<br \/>\ninside it&#8217;s a little bit more crispy. Yeah, a little bit more crispy and\u00a0<br \/>\na little bit more crunchy. So it&#8217;s this battered cartilage.<br \/>\nReally good! That&#8217;s delicious. You put some kind of\u00a0<br \/>\nseasoning in it and it made everything so much more tasty. Fish&#8230; I\u00a0<br \/>\nhave no idea. It&#8217;s magic power! What is that? what is that?<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s the total! That&#8217;s the damage. And the total is 4620 for all\u00a0<br \/>\nof this! Here. Let&#8217;s see. Wow. That was Hama Sushi in Kanazawa Nakamura shopping.\u00a0<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s a train so there&#8217;s locations everywhere but they&#8217;re usually far out from the center so you\u00a0<br \/>\nhave to make a bit of a way to get there. But\u00a0\u00a0 I think it&#8217;s worth it! It was really delicious.\u00a0<br \/>\nWell worth it! The restaurant is now completely packed and there&#8217;s actually like a ton of\u00a0<br \/>\npeople outside waiting for seating. Like\u00a0\u00a0 we&#8217;re so lucky. We just managed to miss the\u00a0<br \/>\ncrowd because when we walked in it was like empty. That&#8217;s crazy. I didn&#8217;t know it was\u00a0<br \/>\nthat popular. That was so delicious though.\u00a0\u00a0 Definitely my favorite conveyor sushi because\u00a0<br \/>\nof the value that you&#8217;re getting from it. Best bang for your buck and it&#8217;s delicious honestly!\u00a0<br \/>\nYeah cause at the other conveyor sushi I felt\u00a0\u00a0 like I still had to watch the price for stuff\u00a0<br \/>\nbecause sometimes things would add up really quickly but then for this one like everything\u00a0<br \/>\nwas basically 200 yen or like less. So it just felt like I could order as much as I want and I\u00a0<br \/>\ndidn&#8217;t really have to worry about the price at\u00a0\u00a0 all. That&#8217;s the good thing.. Like at the more\u00a0<br \/>\nexpensive places you actually kind of want to hold back. You&#8217;re like uh it&#8217;s pretty pricey. Like\u00a0<br \/>\ndo I want to eat that much? Yeah right for sure. over to that side. The sunset Wow! I think in\u00a0<br \/>\nthe city we don&#8217;t get to see the skyline that much cause there&#8217;s so many tall buildings.\u00a0<br \/>\nI didn&#8217;t even realize until now.. I&#8217;m like\u00a0\u00a0 &#8220;Wait a minute. We haven&#8217;t really seen the\u00a0<br \/>\nsunset and stuff like that or the sky much.&#8221; That&#8217;s a lot of sense in that There&#8217;s just\u00a0<br \/>\nso many high rises.. Here&#8217;s a lot flatter so I actually get to see the sky I was like\u00a0<br \/>\n&#8220;Wait a minute This is very beautiful.&#8221; Wow Oh my goodness. So pretty. It&#8217;s like glowing behind us! Oh my goodness\u00a0<br \/>\nThe sunset is gorgeous. So right now we are heading to the Samurai District. All\u00a0<br \/>\nthe homes are closed but the area is still open So we&#8217;re going to go check\u00a0<br \/>\nit out before it becomes pitch black. If you go before 5:00 p.m some of the\u00a0<br \/>\nhouses actually let you go inside and check them out. It&#8217;s like supposed to be these\u00a0<br \/>\nold traditional style samurai homes. We missed it unfortunately cause we were too tired but\u00a0<br \/>\nthe district around is still really nice. We&#8217;re heading down just cause it&#8217;s so\u00a0<br \/>\nbeautiful. Actually when you&#8217;re down the river bank you don&#8217;t really see the river\u00a0<br \/>\nas much as a whole but still pretty nice. The vibes here is just so nice. It feels really\u00a0<br \/>\npeaceful Everything feels like a lot slower in comparisons to the city. Like people are\u00a0<br \/>\njust out walking enjoying enjoying life nature environment. In the city It feels like\u00a0<br \/>\neverybody is like rushing to go somewhere or getting drunk. Oh yeah Hustle Hustle and bustling.\u00a0<br \/>\nMaybe it&#8217;s just the area that we&#8217;re in right now. Yeah I&#8217;m very happy we got to explore Kanazawa. Oh my goodness the vibe here is insane!\u00a0<br \/>\nEspecially right now because it&#8217;s the evening and the lights are just starting to light\u00a0<br \/>\nup. Sun is setting So the vibes here is so nice! We are almost done it too. It&#8217;s really small\u00a0<br \/>\nactually. Dude I we got bit like probably so many times trying to get some photos.\u00a0<br \/>\nYeah, definitely a couple bug bites. But this area is so pretty and I feel\u00a0<br \/>\nlike the photos and videos just doesn&#8217;t\u00a0\u00a0 do it justice. Like it just doesn&#8217;t look\u00a0<br \/>\nas good on the camera. In real life it&#8217;s like really pretty. Oh my god that&#8217;s a\u00a0<br \/>\nbummer. It&#8217;s kind of the mistake on our\u00a0\u00a0 end though cause I think we were supposed\u00a0<br \/>\nto come prior to complete sunset&#8230; Yeah, the golden hour. We were eating during golden\u00a0<br \/>\nhour. We were spent way too much time at the sushi restaurant. Oops. Way too much. But still a\u00a0<br \/>\nvery nice area. Very pretty. Tomorrow we&#8217;re going to Takayama and that&#8217;s supposed to be just as\u00a0<br \/>\nbeautiful too! Yeah I&#8217;m excited for there!
