It is also capable of inter-operating on several railway lines, from Tobu, Seibu, Tokyu and all the way to Yokohama (Minatomirai Line).<\/p>\n<p>The 10000 series are fitted with Mitsubishi Electric IGBT-VVVF propulsion control system.
