We filmed some videos for our family back home, ate a million tacos, and quickly got hooked on life on the road. On a whim, we set a 50-country goal! We didn&#8217;t know if we&#8217;d make it, but it sounded fun. <\/p>\n<p>Dozens of passport stamps, a couple years, and many mistakes later, here we are!
