The water spring spot Sougisui is the local symbol.<\/p>\n<p>On top of a small mountain near the city center is the majestic Gujo Hachiman Castle. From here, you can see the clear Nagara River and tranquil townscapes of the &#8220;water city&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Gujo City is also famous for the Gujo Dance, one of the three major Bon Odori dances in Japan.
