It&#8217;s surprisingly time consuming as all the ingredients have to be chopped finely. But it comes from an old Japanese custom. <\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Kenoshiru&#8221;  -the Japanese traditional meal in Aomori for Lunar New Year\uff08After the new year about 15th Jan).  It takes a surprising amount of time and effort to chop all the ingredients finely.
