The cheesecakes are surprisingly soft&#8230; reminding me of cheesy yogurt upon tasting. You also need to eat fast since the cheesecake will melt within 10 minutes on a warm day. Pouring the jam sauce on top feels satisfying. It is also served in a cute glass apparatus, like the one that kept Beauty and the Beast&#8217;s rose alive. There isn&#8217;t a whole lot of space to sit, however, and the cheesecake is smaller than it looks.
