The restaurant was awarded one star in the &#8220;Michelin Guide Niigata 2020 Special Edition&#8221;. Keiko Kuwakino (\u6851\u6728\u91ce \u6075\u5b50), the head chef, was awarded as the world&#8217;s Best Lady Vegetable Chef at the We&#8217;re Smart Awards in Brussels. We&#8217;re Smart is a culinary organization, a leader in the culinary world of fruit and vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>Shabu Shabu (\u8ffd\u52a0\u6599\u7406\u300c\u96ea\u5ba4\u719f\u6210 A5\u306b\u3044\u304c\u305f\u548c\u725b\u3057\u3083\u3076\u3057\u3083\u3076\u300d), Niigata Wagyu File Steak (\u306b\u3044\u304c\u305f\u548c\u725b\u30d2\u30ec\u30b9\u30c6\u30fc\u30ad) or Wagyu Roast Beef (\u8ffd\u52a0\u6599\u7406\u300c\u96ea\u5ba4\u719f\u6210\u3000A5\u306b\u3044\u304c\u305f\u548c\u725b\u30ed\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30d3\u30fc\u30d5\u300d) are available for \uffe55,500 extra. The explanation of each serving was in Japanese, but I&#8217;ve tried my best to summarize everything here in both languages.
